As a senior executive for more than two decades I've experienced a broad and insightful leadership journey. From independent contributor to now CEO, I've walked in your shoes - trying to build and coach strong teams, meet and shatter goals, and find balance in a life that is far too busy.

For more than two decades, Katrina McGhee has been a leader in women's health and empowerment.
